Clients that received no jail, and fines and penalties were an absolute minimum:

 

Edward:         .14 under 21 – DUI dismissed, client accepted “wet” reckless charge.

 

Michael:         .20 alcohol-level, missing one tire and driving the wrong direction.

 

Robert:           .16 alcohol level, and hit & run where victim claimed chest injury!

 

Paul:               Provided false ID to officer, DUI in construction zone.

 

Nicole:            Under 21 years old, .15 alcohol-level, driving 110 mph

 

David:            2nd DUI offense, .20 alcohol-level, with an accident.

 

Kenneth:        2nd DUI offense, accident with injuries.

Lindsay:         .16 alcohol-level, 2nd DUI offense while on probation

RECENT DMV WINS:

 

George:         1st time offender w/ no prior record; retained my office to handle the filing of a Writ of Mandate after losing the DMV hearing; the case was dismissed at request of DMV with full reinstatement of client’s driving privilege.

 

Kenneth:        Multiple offender of DUI w/in 10 years, lost DMV hearing; client retained my office to handle the Writ filed with the Los Angeles County Superior Court; case was dismissed with no further action being taken against the client’s driver’s license.

 

Travis:            1st time offender, lost the DMV hearing, retained my office to handle filing a Writ of Mandate on accusations of refusing to submit to a chemical test; DMV agreed to reduce suspension from 1yr. to 4 months in lieu of proceeding with civil action.

 

Matt:              DUI w/ out of state prior conviction w/in 10 years. Lost the DMV hearing, filed a Writ of Mandate with the Orange County Superior Court, case was dismissed at request of DMV, 1 year suspension set aside.

 

Jonathan:     Officer in the U.S. Marine Corp. arrested for DUI w/ out of state prior w/in 10 years,  DMV agreed at the APS hearing to treat as a first time offense resulting in loss of license for only 30 days.
